Every bottle of our GuaCha (kombucha) is handcrafted laboriously by our team, taking 3 weeks for the whole process from fermentation, bottling and carbonation. This process is done entirely in-house using only Organic ingredients like Organic Cane Sugar and Organic Ginger (for ginger flavours).
